This is John Ricketson's home/model. It was originally built in 1989 using one of Hearthstone's standard plans, The Pioneer, which he modified to suit his lifestyle. You can see the original floor plan and the modifications that were made below. For an appointment to see the home, please fill out the information request. All of Hearthstone's standard plans can be customized to your family's needs.

First Floor Plan After Modifications	Changes: Back bedroom deleted to enlarge kitchen and create laundry room. Moved bathroom to enlarge remaining bedroom.	Second Floor Plan After Modifications	Changes: Middle dormer deleted, bathroom enlarged and moved to enlarge master bdrm and create walk-in closet. Approx. Total S/F: 2500
